I had the pleasure of working with Brad for two years at the University of New Hampshire Army ROTC program as his Senior Military Science Instructor. Brad's commitment to building a strong team and vision for the future potential of the program far exceed those of any officer I had the pleasure of working with in my 21+ years of service. In two short years, under Brad's excellent leadership and tutelage, the University of New Hampshire ROTC program quickly became a powerhouse and one of the top three ROTC programs in the entire Northeast Region of the United States.
