It is very rare a Non-Commissioned Officer gets the opportunity to directly work with and alongside a Senior Officer who is as hard working, dedicated, and as professional as Brad Nadig. I had the pleasure of working with Brad for two years at the University of New Hampshire Army ROTC program as his Senior Military Science Instructor. Brad's commitment to building a strong team and vision for the future potential of the program far exceed those of any officer I had the pleasure of working with in my 21+ years of service. In two short years, under Brad's excellent leadership and tutelage, the University of New Hampshire ROTC program quickly became a powerhouse and one of the top three ROTC programs in the entire Northeast Region of the United States. Most notable and impactful was the significant increase in recruiting and retention and the overall performance by cadets at the national level. As a senior leader, Brad earns my highest recommendation.
