I work with companies of all sizes, assessing their processes to help them decide what to improve and how. After training the teams, I get out on the floor to help them implement the improvements they decide are most important. Setup reduction, layout, and improved assembly time are some of my specialties. I've also been known to pitch in with a broom when needed. Before retiring from Kodak, I worked in the single-use camera business. I provided material flow and lean improvement support to plants in Rochester, Canada, China, and Mexico. New processes reduced assembly time for the KB 28 Reloadable camera and setup time for packaging equipment. At each location, improvements increased productivity and reduced setup time in very short periods of time. Before retiring from Kodak, I worked in the single-use camera business.
