Brad has been VP/President of a small builder, Haubert Homes and Fogarty Homes for many years. Brad is extremely honest and trustworthy. I recommend him because of the personal attention client's receive from him, and the quality of their workmanship.

In the years leading up to my employment, I had explored using MarkSystems for our very-manual home building companies (mentioned below). Most of the time, it was not my decision. When it was, I couldn't see the technology as an investment in making my business better. I foolishly looked at it as a cost only. When the other two companies closed, I had the fortune to be hired as a Senior Consultant with MarkSystems - even with no true experience in the software itself. When the other two companies closed, I had the fortune to be hired as a Senior Consultant with MarkSystems - even with no true experience in the software itself. I was so fortunate they saw my experience in homebuilding and knew I could bring value to the company. I learned MarkSystems from scratch - and - was put in charge of teaching the weekly WebClasses (which was great for me to help learn the system enough to train others on different parts of the software). During my time, I've been able to grow a following of WebClass attendees 4-5 times higher than the beginning (those followers I've named "Brad Apples") - and I'm not done yet! As I learned how the software truly helps manage a business, I kick myself for not realizing that the software truly is an investment. And my work with home builders all across North America has allowed me to open my eyes to so many great ways to run operations. I love consulting and auditing home builders all across North America - going over process mapping and process improvement. I've been blessed to have been born with a sense of humor (well, at least, I think I'm somewhat funny). And I use that humor in my trainings, consulting and auditing. The humor keeps people engaged - but - they can still get practical use and direction (and why not have it done with a smile). I truly believe my entire past (good AND bad) has led me to the perfect position I'm in now - Consulting and teaching are both at my very core. Mix in my sense of humor, a I think it makes for a pretty good person with whom to work. Hope to connect soon!
