I worked with Brad for a number of years on developing and handling a multi-million pound merchandising rollout. I worked directly with him on technical development design, which Brad had a great deal of real user input to develop a bespoke marketing system. He was always extremely committed to his role and is a great manager, he motivated the team by giving people clear direction and made the environment a fun place to work. He is very supportive of all his team members and personally helped me develop my career further. He helped push the systems we had in place to work with exact client requirements. Brad is a driven team member and has an ability to listen carefully to a client request, understand technical detail and then achieve perfect results. His innovative marketing approach helped not only our business push forward but also help keep our clients as market leaders. I would definitely work with Brad again and would recommend any business to his skill set. Brad is highly recommended to any aspect within the marketing industry, always with a clear and consistent working attitude.

The role is to (where possible) increase beziers European client base and presence but building profitable long term relationships. This could be by selling in e- solutions, creative design, permanent and temporary displays or by retail consultancy but preferably locking in clients which will take the entire group’s proposition. As a result my desire for a professional growth, this position was created for me. Although this company has used Note Validators in their own Change Machines, no proactive efforts had been made to open new markets. My key role was to find new business in new markets unexplored by our company. Solicited banking machine, car parking, vending, petrol pump manufacturers, and other change machine suppliers, by cold calling and setting up meetings with managing directors, technical directors, and purchasing managers. Regenerated dormant accounts. - Acquired major profile contract with NCR for their self checkout terminals that brought in over £1 million of new business within 14 months in the position. Show less
