I moved to Auckland to work with the new Lion "Pride" brewery. Although I am employed as the Sensory Trainer for NZ my focus goes far beyond training panellists in beverage related flavour faults. I work closely with the brewing team to troubleshoot issues, represent Lion at Beer Awards / Industry Events, design and develop sensory methodology, work closely with New Product Development and investigate issues and solutions to shelf life issues. When not in the lab I'm often found working and training people on our small 6HL "play" brewery. Show less
