  I am in charge of directing the family ministry programs during the Sunday night worship service at Park Street Church. In conjunction with the Sunday Night teaching pastor, the family pastor, and lay leaders of the church, I helped launch a new program that reaches the youth and children who attend the Sunday night service. This includes a choir during the service and Christian education classes for toddlers through youth group.   Partnering with my wife Heather in our first shared ministry position. Currently serving as the Children & Youth Pastors at a thriving International Church caring for over 200 young people aged 0 to 20. We create, oversee and run all ministry programming for the children and youth of the church shepherding a thriving Sunday morning and Sunday night ministries as well as actively bringing the youth and children into participation in the church congregation as a whole.   Worked as a high school teacher for students with emotional and learning disabilities. I taught Government, U.S. and World History to students who have challenges in mainstream schools. Through a personal relationship with students, I developed lesson plans that were tailored to the unique needs of the educational level of students who had emotional, social, psychological, and environmental challenges on a daily basis.
