  As a way to give back to a program that has given a lot to me and to gain experience as a strength and conditioning coach I currently spend time in the weight room coaching the boy's basketball program at Sherwood High School. I have developed quality relationships with the player and have seen them grow as people and athletes in the weight room. I program their work in the weight room myself and coach their lifts whenever I am able to.
