I've been able to manifest that passion into a successful career in exterior building maintenance. My role is to over see day-to-day operations which include;1. Reporting to President weekly.2.   - During my first year I performed shipping/receiving duties, handling military goods such as classified equipment, weapons, explosives, and other hazardous materials. - Trained, mentored, and led groups of 6 or more servicemen.- Undergone overseas parachute training, in the process coming into contact with various nationalities and ethnicities; developed excellent cross cultural communication skills.- Completed training in various parts of the globe in extreme weather conditions.- Worked alongside the RCMP and trained soldiers for the Vancouver Olympic Games as security personnel.- Actively participated in the relief of Alberta floods in 2013.- Handled and secured weapons for the entire company (over 40 servicemen).- Conducted Arctic operations in 2012, in cooperation with the local aboriginals.- Conducted and attended day-to-day training lessons.- Participated in Canadian Forces skill competition in Vernon, B.C – Placing 3rd overall.- Participate in routine 2-chlorobenzalmalononitrile gas drills (CS gas).My nearly 6 years in the military helped improve who I am as individual. It has inevitably lead me to where I am today as a person and a professional. I'm able to utilize the self disciplined I inherited through the military and use it where it is most valuable, in high stress situations in the civilian work force. Im able to adapt quickly to change, manage, and find a solution.
