Brad Benites is an outstanding Supply Chain and Program leader. I had the pleasure of working with Brad in my last Program Management role. We worked with a strategic U.S. Government Customer where we had to be fast and flexible to support their mission. Brad was always there to lend a helping hand in whatever capacity the program needed, even if it was above and beyond his Material Program Management (MPM) responsibilities. Brad would continually "think outside of the box" in an effort to ensure program success. More than program success, Brad was focused on our Customer's success, and was able to come up with innovative ways to reduce costs, and respond faster to Customer requests. I have many examples of where Brad stood above the pack and was able to delight our Customers. In addition to deep knowledge and experience with Operations and Supply Chain, Brad also has solid technical understanding of the Development environment where he would proactively engage in order to identify opportunities where Supply Chain could help earlier in the process.
