I have worked with Brad at Third Avenue Charitable Organization, at San Diego Theatres, and I continue the professional connection with him at the Fleet Science Center. In all of his work, he combines cheeriness and a sense of community with an intense work ethic and determination to do the best job possible. I have seen him build two organizations from scratch post-pandemic, as the sole employee assigned to the task, and create a healthy , friendly, inclusive and vibrant volunteer cadre from nothing. It seems almost impossible, but he does it - and then creates volunteer schedules and assignments that greatly enhance the three places I have seen him work at. He's an immense asset.
