  • Responsible for the fracture treatment design for all the company well completions, primarily multi-stage horizontal well completions. • Field supervision of all UGR’s fracture treatment stimulations located in South Texas and in Canada, primarily in the Montney and Eagle Ford resource plays. • Developed and maintained an extensive fracture stimulation data base from the public domain to evaluate and compare multiple completion techniques using multi-variate-regression analysis. • Perform economic and performance analysis of all well stimulation results. Responsible for all of UGR's well completions. • Based on previous experience, successfully transferred stimulation technology utilized in many unconventional resource plays in the United States to the Montney in western Canada. • Helped to grow UGR’s production base through these successful completion procedures which resulted in some of the better performing wells in the entire North Montney area in British Columbia. • Utilized multi-variate analysis to enhance stimulation procedures and completion techniques.
