Brad is an extraordinary character in any workplace. He's dynamic, charming and has a contagious energy that infects everyone around him. In his role as Head of Growth, Brad worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth launch of The Tab on dozens of colleges across the USA. His careful planning, eye for detail and ability to creatively problem-solve lead to huge success for the company. Brad is one of the most hardworking people i've ever had the pleasure of working alongside and his work ethic, enthusiasm and genuine passion for anything he turns his hand to, will take him far.

Brad is a phenomenally hard-working person with a gift for making relationships with people. He has incredible energy levels, and cares deeply about his work, making him the dream employee for a company like ours. He can adapt to any situation, and he charms everyone he meets. Brad joined The Tab in 2014 and had an immediate impact on our growth by launching us in new markets in the UK. He was able to scout talent in places we previously thought there was none and build a rapport with a large number of people very quickly. When we decided to launch The Tab in the USA in 2015, he was the obvious choice to jointly lead our launch in New York, and he moved there with just one days notice - a remarkable statement of his willingness to muck in and come forward for things. Once in America, Brad immediately justified this decision. Not only did he recruits hundreds of editors, writers and marketing managers for The Tab, he built our brand on US campuses, and played a crucial role in the most difficult phase of our expansion: the initial period. On top of that, he handled a huge amount of logistical setup in the United States, which is a lot more work than it sounds. These skills were later deployed on a huge email marketing campaign which drove major growth for our business. Brad is utterly selfless - he worked long shifts, on weekends and late evenings, often without much sleep, and he never ever complains. His positivity is infectious. I cannot recommend him highly enough: he cares deeply, has incredibly personal skills and he gets things done.
