After twenty years in the industry, I have worked alongside numerous CAD Team personnel and gladly recommend Brad Twitchell. Not only was he a positive contribution to the human element of the office, but he also demonstrated foresight and contributed ideas which I believe made a difference to the company as a whole - as well as the CAD Department. Brad was a part of the team during the period in which the company made leaps and bounds in the industry, quickly transforming into (at that time) one of the top three engineering teams in the State. The workload was often demanding, combined with the transition stress and an often challenging environment. Brad certainly was an asset - both in his technical ability and because of his personality - to his team and other leaders while riding those difficult waves.
