  I started in October of 2007 as a service technician. Since that time I have been given opportunities all along the way to build and grow teams of people to successfully run the day to day operations in several markets. I am proud to say that a lot of my success is because of great people around me. I provide leadership and support to my teams on many platforms. Data analytics, coaching and mentoring, etc. I could use a lot of words and phrases here to describe what I do, but really I am in the people business and we sell coffee.   I managed a very large territory of accounts. We serviced, and maintained accounts in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Missouri as well as maintained a large warehouse. I was responsible for proper vehicle maintenance, routing service technicians, and keeping costs low by controlling outside spending. It was a great company to work for, however with a growing family, the large amount of traveling with overnight stays become too much strain on my family so I found something closer to home, but again, great people and a great company. In 2004 we generated in excess of $1.5 million in sales from a small 5 bay location and earned District Store of the Month two times. My responsibilities included estimating repairs, tracking, ordering, and receiving inventories.
