I started in October of 2007 as a service technician. Since that time I have been given opportunities all along the way to build and grow teams of people to successfully run the day to day operations in several markets. I am proud to say that a lot of my success is because of great people around me. I provide leadership and support to my teams on many platforms. Data analytics, coaching and mentoring, etc. I could use a lot of words and phrases here to describe what I do, but really I am in the people business and we sell coffee. Our success is driven by working to ensure our customers win. Data, route planning, team building, sales focus, customer centric service, inventory analysis, are all tools that we use from an Operational perspective that helps us achieve our mission statement, "From roasting premium blend coffees to delivering complete beverage solutions, at Ronnoco, our passion is service those who serve our products." • District Manager
      • Mar 2006 - Oct 2008

I managed a very large territory of accounts. We serviced, and maintained accounts in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Missouri as well as maintained a large warehouse. I was responsible for proper vehicle maintenance, routing service technicians, and keeping costs low by controlling outside spending. It was a great company to work for, however with a growing family, the large amount of traveling with overnight stays become too much strain on my family so I found something closer to home, but again, great people and a great company. I was the Service Manager at our location which entailed largely estimating service orders for myself and the sales staff. I also was involved with selling recommended repairs to our customer base. In 2004 we generated in excess of $1.5 million in sales from a small 5 bay location and earned District Store of the Month two times. My responsibilities included estimating repairs, tracking, ordering, and receiving inventories. I handled the logging and tracking of sales, hiring and training service technicians, and scheduling of the service technicians which was a staff of approximately 10. Show less
