From the maintenance of the equipment, designing and building of functional test fixtures for the product, to the time and detail that he showed in creating his scheduling program, everything that Brad did was top self. His focus was always on perfection and was disappointed when things did not go according to plan, in these cases he would take the time to dig in and find what the issues were so that adjustments could be made to either his program or to the team configuration of the failed project.
