The team's work includes: • Market liaison – regular contact with market-makers and investors in Treasury Bonds and Treasury Indexed Bonds (TIBs) to inform decisions on issuance plans. • Strategy relating to new lines • Working with arrangers of syndicated bond deals • Strategy and execution for buybacks and switch tenders • Meetings, presentations and group discussions with investors, in Australian and offshore. • Investment of surplus funds, including in semi-government bonds, supranationals and NCDs • Repo of assets • Documentation and other legal arrangements, including negotiating GMRAs • Representing the AOFM on various AFMA committees Show less
