Brad was exceptional in developing his team and creating an environment that was best in class in customer service which ultimately led to exceptional sales results. Brad was also a force within his peer group, helping the leadership team to move forward and evolve through tumultuous telecommunications restructuring and competition. As strong as Brad is as a leader and teammate he's an even better person. I highly recommend Brad for any sales leadership or training and development!

Brad is an incredible leader, mentor, and coach. Brad takes real life situations and applies them in teaching his audience. Brad always puts the emphasis on the audience and student and ensures they leave that experience educated in the subject matter whether it was a full training class or a one on one setting. It was amazing to be apart of countless training offerings by Mr. Landrey. In one of my final encounters with Brad, he created Brightstar University at the beginning of the pandemic calling on many hosts, coordinated multiple online training offerings, measuring course attendance, and ensuring the company was continuing to grow and train despite a majority of store closures for a few months.
