He has strong communication skills and can explain things in a way that anyone can understand. It has been invaluable to learn and discuss development standards and design principles with someone who can communicate so effectively and work in a team environment so seamlessly. I was also lucky to see Brad in action, quickly creating elegant user interfaces that fit clients' needs while maintaining design standards.
