I had the opportunity to work with Brad for over 5 years at Brooks Brothers and during that time he reported directly to me. Brad is a laser focused Talent Acquisition executive who uses his extensive network to identify candidates who will be the right "fit" both for the organization and the individual. He does this by having an intimate understanding of the role and the requirements as well as having a deep understanding of the candidates skills, wants and needs. He manages the candidate experience from the first contact to someone's first day on the job with attention to detail and proactive communication. He was always a proactive ambassador of our brand both internally and externally and because of those efforts we attracted strong talent to our organization.
