  BREEZEDRYHired to manage and launch the BreezeDry Drying System. Led the acquisition of an ETL safety certification, including interaction with the test lab, and implementing all component, material, and documentation modifications required. Acted as intermediary between production management and engineering team. Produced end-user documentation for installation and use of product. Designed user interface for touch screen electronic controls. Provided extensive technical product support including interfacing with current customers and distributers, solving problems both on the phone and in the field nationwide. Administered production of sales + marketing strategy, including tradeshow booth design, literature creation, web design, and testing procedures. Created initial product website. Trained members on assembly of completed unit.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTHelped implement visual instruction program. Created the first VI’s for the company. Participated and provided leadership in multiple Kaizen events creating the company’s first manufacturing cells. Designed and implemented several tool change concepts helping to reduce changeover times.DESIGN ENGINEERGround up development of thermoformed and injection molded components. Based on customers’ napkin sketches, able to turn design into reality. From prototype via 3D printing and soft tooling to full production parts and tooling.
