Brad has been with Dippin’ Dots for over four years now and I have been privileged to be his manager the entire time. From the time we interviewed him, his honesty and integrity were evident. He started at Dippin’ Dots as a Region Manager and his responsibilities quickly grew and evolved. Brad was promoted to a Key Account Manager (stretch role in addition to his Region Manager duties) as well as developing into a Sales Operation’s role in the past couple of years. Brad has the unique ability to recognize a need and do the research to marry the need with a solution, all while keeping budgets in mind. The key implementation has improved our daily workflow, communication, and efficiencies over this past year, which involved buy in from multiple department heads. I am very proud of the accomplishments Brad has been able to put forth and very fortunate to have him as a member of my team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brad for the past several years. Brad joined Dippin' Dots as a Region Manager and his responsibilities have grown ever since. Brad was promoted to a Key Account Manager and Brad has also accepted Sales Operations responsibilities over his tenure with Dippin' Dots.
