  Currently working full time as Facilities Manager of Events and Custodial Team. Responsibilities include:• Full-time/part-time employee hiring and termination processes including selecting candidates, interviewing, onboarding, and employee correction.• Management of facility and custodial staff including scheduling and job responsibilities for numerous employees. • Supervision of all scheduled events and worship services including set-up and tear-down of chairs, tables, and appropriate resources needed, and inter-personal communication skills with coworkers and clients. • Ordering and stocking custodial supplies (data collection of supplies and use) and equipment through appropriate vendors, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of facilities.
