  Owned and operated a small business from 1991 to 2007. Handled all the daily operations, managed budgets, payroll, BWC, commercial insurances, certificates of insurance, taxes and finances. Managed packaging and special service needs for Carney-McNicholas Inc. from 1993 to 2007. Responsible for planning project schedules, crews, budgets, and P&L’s. Managed the purchasing of materials and the manufacturing of library carts for Carney-McNicholas Inc. Responsible for constructing and negotiating residential and commercial bids and contracts. I was assistant project manager on one of the largest commercial relocation projects Carney McNicholas has been involved in since their inception 100 years ago.
