My ability and desire to actively learn and listen has been developed through being a match official. I was responsible for the administration and long term sustainability of the organization. .This included the application and reporting of government grants. A major role with this position was my organization of all aspects related to the annual Orillia Sports Hall of Fame Banquet. I was one of 7 other mentors for the soccer club. Our role was to assist coaches, in developing their players, by training and run drills for the athlete's. I would also run practices or coach in games if a coach was unable to attend. We worked with both house league players and team coaches as well.
