Jamie Lords
I've worked for, collaborated with, volunteered alongside, and accepted Brad's guidance for more than 6 years. While working as a Software Analyst at busybusy, I worked with Brad as he managed all software development as the Director of Engineering. A large part of the reason I chose to accept a position at busybusy, was due to Brad. I gladly left my comfort zone in sales and marketing to work with Brad and his team of software engineers. Brad's collaborative style of management serves as an example to me as the definition of leadership. I've also known Brad as a mentor and volunteer in our local community. Brad is always willing to donate his time and talents to help our youth, tech community, start up organizations, and any Southern Utah Entrepreneur. I myself have leveraged his knowledge and advise on many personal projects and career changes. I highly recommend Brad for any leadership, consulting, or team-oriented project. Brad has a unique ability to gather diverse talents and inspire them to collaborate and share ideas. In addition, his experience and working knowledge make him an ideal leader for any organization.

I worked as the iOS Team Lead for busybusy while Brad was the Director of Engineering. Before that, I worked and was hired by Brad at Cabosoft. Brad is an unparalleled manager and technical lead. I reported to Brad in all things engineering for myself and my team. Brad was always good at keeping us focused on time management and good stewardship within the company. He lead all technical learning exercises as an engineering team and was always pushing us to improve and adapt to new technologies. Brad is a great person and embodies many fantastic qualities including: honesty, integrity, creativity, innovation, problem solving, and team leadership. It would be an honor to work with/for Brad again the future.
