Some of these solutions include; design consulting, gym equipment sales, wellness programming development and staffing.We work with corporations of all sizes to find proactive solutions to reduce or eliminate healthcare costs and increase employee productivity and retention through health and wellness. We also work closely with third party vendors during the pre-construction phase of corporate, hotel and residential properties in creating innovative health and wellness spaces and amenities for future residents and guests.   BeneFitness’s mission is to work with developers, architects and property management companies to design, equip and implement an outstanding fitness amenity customized to each facility’s needs. Manage the entire project for developing the fitness amenity from Luxury Apartment, Condo and Corporate Fitness centers across the nation. Relevant VR and 3D projects include, but not limited to:- 3D Generalist to lead all photogrammetry and 3D art for “The Knights Who Say Nah” NFT 2022 Project ($MM+) - Rendered hundreds of photographs of valuable ancient artifacts, processed images in the lightroom to fix and optimize lighting, masked out in Photoshop, uploaded in Reality Capture and created the 3D objects (40,000 images). Imported models into Zbush to clean and retopologize each model. Baked texture for the models in Reality Capture and imported textures and the models in Substance Painter to optimize the look of the 3D models. Imported in the Blender and exported to a Glb format, with Web Develops specifications and requirements. Collaborated with AR team to decimate and optimize different versions of each model to be displayed on an iPad at promotional events. - Nova Commercial Fitness Equipment (2022) - Modeled and designed a West Monona, Onawa, Iowa high school gym (8,000 sq. ft.) from iPhone images and a hand drawn layout. Built out the entire interior and exterior environments of the gym space. Modeled, textured, lit the scene, rendered and created images post processing for the entire project. - Peak Health and Wellness Design Renders (2021) - Created 3D renderings from 2D drawings for a future two story fitness club (20,000 sq. ft.), building out the entire interior and exterior environments of the gym space, within specifications. Managed all aspects of the production pipeline - modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post processing of each scene, including optimizing for 4K rendering and sales presentations in Adobe InDesign.   BeneFitness partnered with the owner's of Knot Springs to create a one of a kind wellness experience that incorporated everything from fitness classes and gym space to world class spa treatments and soaking pools. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the fitness class formats down to the custom, signature scent so clients felt taken care of. Knot Springs became the go to wellness destination in Portland, OR, providing a holistic and social approach that kept clients coming back.
