In our division of Horner Industrial Group, Electro-Mechanical Diagnostic Services, we each work from our homes. There are no secretaries or schedulers. We schedule our time, work the jobs, perform the analysis or troubleshooting, create and distribute our reports, and then send our billing in to Horner so that they can do the accounting end of it. We currently have 8 analysts, of which I am the field lead. Our manager also runs his own company so it generally falls to me to keep up with any day-to-day decisions. There's not much to the management end of this job, mainly doing the field work. Show less
