  I am currently Lead Facilitator at Warriors Academy, voted the number #1 Gap Year Provider (Community Choice Awards 2019, 2020 and 2021). I am a proficient, resourceful and skilled facilitator in the outdoor adventure environment. I have experience leading high school camps and leadership groups, as well as young adults aged 16-25 years on the Warriors programme. I am flexible and adaptable in challenging circumstances typical when conducting extreme outdoor challenges.I manage a team of four facilitators in the day-to-day running of the programmes and activities. I have shared responsibility with a team of leaders for the safety, instruction, leadership, communication and evaluation of students. I have co-designed, planned and facilitated various outdoor challenges such as ( youth leadership camps RYLA, 24h Adventure Challenges, Hikes such as the Mini Drakensberg Traverse, Wolkberg, and the Wild coast, 5 day Orange River rafting journeys and more.)My experience at Warriors has been one of immense self-growth and a deepening understanding of need for responsibility toward the environment, animals and each other as people.
