Most importantly ensuring a zero harm environment with regards to safety in our workplace.Stand-in Superintendant Wire Rod, Billet, Slab section Achievements:A program was instituted to work away the scrap stock pile of approx 5000t within 6 months. Scrap stock levels (WIP capital) under control for 30 months, never exceeding 150t at any given time. By optimizing alloy cycles and mould changes, the delivery performance of Slab improved to 100% within a month, and has been 100% now for 36 months.
