Jacob Foshee
Justin is passionate about high-quality craftsmanship. Both in his hobbies and his work he shows his dedication to detail and refinement. Justin reported to me in the last 3 years I worked at SMT. I was consistently confident in Justin's work knowing that the resulting code would be functional, clean & maintainable. This of course takes for granted the requisite knowledge of math and computer graphics necessary for my team. Justin was also persistent in untangling the the worst bugs we encountered. And numerous times he isolated bugs in 3rd party software (ahem OpenInventor) and delivered a virtually gift-wrapped bug report to the vendor. Sadly, many teams lack the effectiveness to leverage Justin's abilities. I recommend only contacting him if you care deeply about the software you are developing and how it is crafted.
Cecil N Jones
Justin was a lead developer on my 3D visualization team at SMT. He had recently come on board from Texas A&M and I was lucky enough to have him assigned to my team. Justin was the perfect addition in that he is young and bright and up to date on not only state-of-the-art graphics and visualization technologies, but also software development techniques. He was a pleasure to work with, always positive and constructive and working toward the best team outcome. Justin is one of those rare people who make the job more enjoyable. His work ethic and work quality are unsurpassed. I highly recommend him.
