      During my internship in Budweiser, I worked in the business development team in Shenyang to establish a start-up marketing strategy for high-end beer brands, ISP, and swiftly gained remarkable proportions in Quarter 2. Especially, the market was completely dominated by our competitor Snow previously. Firstly, I was chosen to take the lead among all interns in designing the regional business development content of whole business plan, which was highly rated by the management and marketing team. Meanwhile, I innovatively propounded to consider barbeque restaurants as target distributors and suggested to concentrate on boosting shares of ISP brands, such as Corona, Goose Island, and Hoegaarden. Secondly, I leveraged personal expertise in statistics analysis to dig data on over 10,000 barbeque restaurants and study the correlations of their location, customer profile, and sales potential. Moreover, I chose targeted barbeque restaurants with more customers aged under 35 given their consumption preferences for higher prices to boost self-esteem in parties.
