I was initially employed by privately owned business MSPML, as a casual barman and waiter, but was soon elevated to store manager in a bottle shop within their portfolio. In this time I oversaw all facets of business and maintenance within the store, stock control, rosters, ordering, logistics, invoicing and liaising with brand representatives, colleagues and account holders. This job was labour intensive, demonstrating my fitness and resolve, as well as my enduring work ethic. The Albion Hotel is affiliated with ALH Group Pty. Ltd. My formal driver was Gaming (pokies, TAB etc etc), but on a daily basis I oversaw the restaurant and bar, consistently operating the pass to a high standard and advising staff in all aspects of hotel maintenance. Staff culture was a constant priority of mine. Stock control, excellent standard of customer service and displaying a high degree of leadership were all required for my duration within the company.
