      US Mobile has it's backend operations office outsourced to Customer Support Solutions (CSS). The major fuctions of the organization as Financial matters, Customer Services are being handled from Islamabad CoP by highly skilled work force. Support is regarding their 2 telecommunication networks one is GSM LTE and the other is SUPER LTE.There are billions of subscribers and using either Android, IoS OR Windows based phones. The configuration of each handset is different than the other.A wonderful learning oppertunity that brought a layer of confidence in me that I can also handle Telecom troubleshootings easily along with IT world.Porting in and Porting out of our networks managed via Chats, Phone Calls and Emails. Swapping networks right in a chat session i.e from GSM LTE to SUPER LTE and vice versa.Checking of signal coverage in specified areas all over the United States for our subscriber's connections to work properly and suggesting best option for them.Helping customers regarding any issue from purchaing the Starter-Kit (both network sim cards) upto the proper working of the connection.
