• My role is to develop, plan and co-ordinate the manufacturing process of all Teamwear products within 2XU. • My current role requires me to create and submit production orders to factories and I am responsible for ensuring all the produced goods are of the highest quality and in line with 2XU’s manufacturing standards. • I am responsible for negotiating product costing on all Teamwear products with all suppliers. It is also common practice for me to review prices after a certain period if circumstances change. • It is also my responsibility to make sure all products are delivered in a timely manner. The majority of Teamwear orders are produced for certain events, for instance: Ironman, Sochi Winter Olympic, AFL. • I work closely with the logistics department to ensure smooth delivery of our orders. • I approve all commercial invoices from all suppliers for all Teamwear orders. • I have a high level of competency in my role and I’m very successful in building and strengthening both internal and external relationships among different parties. • I have been involving in drawing up procedures and manuals in order to create improvement and efficiency in the developing, planning and manufacturing process. • Efficiency, accuracy and attention to details are key elements I bring to the team, which has removed pressure from my co- workers to allow them finish their tasks more efficiently and more effectively use their time. • I’m a proactive learner, who’s always interested in gaining knowledge in fabric and production technology, this will ensure we are always ahead of the competitors and earn a good spot in target markets. • My job requires exceptional attention to detail. For instance, a job might have up to fifteen different sponsor logos on a jersey plus clients garment design.
