This study analyzed whether there was a difference in antioxidants between red and white dragon fruit. The study used a rotary evaporator, liquid-liquid extraction, and TLC to determine the extent of betacyanin content and ABTS antioxidant. I designed and conducted the experiment three times with three teammates. Afterward, we created and presented a poster for a 200-person event.
