I've been working with Boris for last 2 years, and he's my team lead in a team of 9 people. Boris is person who has his own point of view. He never makes decisions, first not taking time to think well. What I value in Boris the most is an ability to fight for his team and defend it from unnecessary distractions. He will never publicly repremand his team mates but will rather argue with higher managment, defending his team. There's much to say, but I will just add that Boris is also a good councellor and friend who has right priorities in life. Definetly the best team lead I've ever had so far.
