I consider Borys a cherished colleague, for many reasons. 1) He is extremely attentive to his craft, and puts in the hours required to make what he designs detailed to a degree even greater than expected. 2) Borys is an excellent collaborator. At Huge, we have several different disciplines, and projects that require many of these skills to be working simultaneously through several phases over long stretches of time. Harmoniousness between these disciplines is integral to the health and success of the project, something Borys' calm demeanour, and ease with communicating contributes greatly to. 3) He a good person. Kind, Borys is always thinking of others. If was worried about a colleague, or how things were going on a project involving many others, he looked out for them, their health and well-being, and would find time to tell the truth to those in roles of leadership to change, or help further where he could only do so much himself. This empathy materialized in the greatest respect for him in the office, and by extension raised his profile and the profile of his discipline in the process. I would like nothing more than to work again with Borys, and without reservation, would consider him an excellent addition to your project and your team.

I miss this guy! Borys is one of the most dedicated and hardworking designers I've had the pleasure to have on our team at Cortex Design. While at Cortex, Borys rose to become responsible for leading our industrial design department, designing ground-breaking medical and consumer products for our roster of innovative clients. Borys internalizes the purpose and value of design, always looking for opportunities to problem solve and delight with the work he produced. Great with clients, Borys is able to listen and enquire to mine the root of a problem, and then inspire the client with great storytelling and building of a resonant solution. Among his many accomplishments, Borys was an integral part of our efforts to win the $10M Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE, a moonshot competition in digital health in which we collaboratively produced the "Vitaliti Tricorder", one of 3 winning global entries with our client Cloud DX. This project was not for the faint of heart, and took an incredible amount of perseverance to accomplish - the impact of which continues to unfold. In addition to producing great work, Borys is also a leader, knowing how to inspire, educate, and motivate younger designers who are looking to up their game and contribute within a team environment. Borys can be trusted to work directly with c-suite clients and management to understand and achieve incredible results in tight mission-driven timelines. I wish Borys the best in his future endeavours!
