ELIF is an open‐ended real estate investment fund whose objective is to provide investors with long dated and predictable, typically inflation‐linked cash flows through the acquisition or creation of Long Income Property secured against real estate within the Eurozone. The Fund targets Euro denominated, asset backed, secure inflation‐linked income streams through commercial ground rents, long lease property (e.g. sale and leasebacks) and income strip structures.
