During this stage the company was growing at a pace that required business, management, entrepreneurial, persistence and multi tasking qualities from us that are extremely difficult to be found in any sales team or individual. I am confident to say that Borislav was in charge of the strongest market in EMEA and was responsible for more the 60% of the turnover from the region. He lead the whole sales process from the lead stage, through the negotiation part, to closing the opportunities created by him to won and successful project implementation, management and after sales - overall a constant process of approx. 100 days of persistent proactive work - for one project - he was running simultaneously min 6. He is an extremely flexible,proactive, self-starter, client and company orientated managing to find out the most optimum solution connected with complicated business cases part of the biggest projects we had at this time. Borislav is a very strong team player but at the same is capable and absolutely credible to take the responsibility on himself thus preserving the company interest and fulfilling customer expectations. He was overachieving his targets on a monthly basis and managed to achieve >50% growth for less then year on his region as a result from this he was promoted and delegated the market fully and till this moment is based in Singapore as Sales Director for Asia Pacific.
