Primarily in charge of Operational & Financial Management for a fleet of sailing yachts. Liaising with family offices/Owner's representatives or with Clients directly to ensure the client's expectations are met, no matter the area or nature of operation of the yacht. With Financial Management my responsibilities range from basic expenditure controls and budgeting to customised financial reporting and optimizing a client's tax profile based on his unique circumstances and intended use of the yacht. Operational Management is concerned primarily with ensuring that the yacht is operated in a cost effective manner without compromising the safety nor quality and in accordance with ISM, ISPS & MLC. Advising on choice of flag, residency of legal ownership, Yacht & crew certification and on board audits, amongst other things also form part of my responsibilities. Show less
