As a Member of the Management Board, the strategic projects sponsored and completed were: launching a new retail banking system, and bank’s e-Banking platform, significant improvement of bank’s collections process, sponsoring the introduction of Lean Management, DWH, BI and CRM strategy, launching a network of ATMs, launching MasterCard and VISA card products, cost optimization, new procurement and logistics processes.
