  Context : In tensile tests on polycrystalline materials, out-of-plane deformations are observed. After devising a method inspired by the Microsoft Kinect system, the LML (ER3) asked to me to implement this method and to check its effectiveness. The method consisted in projecting a beam of red laser diffracted on a background of blue light onto specimens intended for tensile tests (on which a speckle was previously applied), to recover a set of images at regular intervals during the tests of traction using a digital camera.
