Anna Hyde
Boris is a very skilled and talented young individual. He is patient and always ready to help out. He is a good teacher and will not give up explaining something until he feels confident enough that you’ve got it! He is a very skilful designer (and only continues getting better) and always approaches situations with a practical and professional attitude. I’ve never felt hesitant to approach him for anything and I will always be grateful for the time and patience he’s given. Must improve with his high five skills though.

Boris. What a star. I had the pleasure to work close to Boris for a little more than a year and it was a great experience. Boris key discipline is design and he does it well. Especially the UX part. He’s got the rare ability to emphasize with the end users and create really intricate designs that not only do what they should, but looks and feels incredible to use. Boris is also a very articulate young man with the ability to bring ideas to life and give engaging presentations for both small and big audiences. An ability that has surprised and impressed me time and time around. During one of FORGE’s intense Hackweeks we managed a team of 10 side to side and I couldn’t have done it without him. He helped brief, de-brief and run a team with people twice the age (and with twice the talent) to us. He’s deal breaker.

I develop propositions for new services and products in big businesses. I own the design workstream and explore a client’s existing and future customer journeys, the development and visualisation of concepts and potential services/products for the client across a number of media, and experiment design and design handover when these products move into initial development phases.Selected projects:• Reworked a newly announced loyalty model of leading airline company Air Canada with a customer-first democratic approach to rewards and a new app experience; quality of work helped establish immediate onsell of ~£200k and a new key client• Prototyping lead for our flexible office project with Landsec (MYO); created freeform insight tool to define customer’s definition of flexibility, informing what is important to a business owner and how Landsec should respond in its offering• Implemented an innovation lab in a leading UK telecoms company, creating the foundation for a cross-discipline squad; ran workshops, prototypes and experiments to assess direction of focus within the 5G & IoT sandbox.• Realising a proof-of-concept of a novel luggage tracking tag with Brussels Airport and AWS, through prototyping & insight to ensure it solved customer problems; helping kickstart the former’s innovation department in the process• Prototyping lead of open banking project in Hong Kong for leading FS company, whilst doing business development to help establish Market Gravity methodology in the Hong Kong and mainland China market Show less
