My responsibilities and duties is to process merchant accounts with underwriting prospective in accordance with the Merchant Services Policy and Card Brand regulations. I verify all information provided on the merchant application is correct and consistent with a full understanding of credit reports, business reports, and other financial statements. I Provide recommendations for approval, credit holds or declines of merchant applications. I communicate underwriting decisions effectively in both verbal and written communication with sales agent and our sponsoring bank. I am detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize all tasks appropriately. I have various computer skills as Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook. I possess knowledge of the acquiring credit card business with respect to industry trends, business risk factors, merchant signing requirements and other operational procedures.
