Quality Coordinator
-
Aug 2021 - Present
I track and improve upon quality measures set by numerous payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance. I also run performance reports to identify areas of improvement within the clinic, and then formulate action plans to see those improvements implemented. In 2022, I was able to achieve recognition for our practice through NCQA to be designated as a PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home) and secured a PCMH contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I now work to maintain our recognition. Show less
