Bio
John Ward
I had the privilege of working with Bonnie for a year when she sold in all disciplines to the two-year market. Ostensibly my job was to help her learn the math and science bookbag and technology, but I was impressed at how quickly Bonnie adapted to both, most of it at her own initiative. When we worked campus together I was amazed that from the onset Bonnie was representing our math and science products as if she had been working with them for years. I found her to be incredibly well-organized and detail-oriented, and her manner with her colleagues and customers was one that was efficient, helpful, and friendly. Her skill set is no doubt why she was selected to be the regional sales trainer. Bonnie is a top-notch publishing professional and I can imagine her being successful in just about any business environment.
Rick Nicotera
Bonnie's drive, enthusiasm and focus on results is evident every day, in every sales interview. Bonnie has mastered consultative selling, accelerating the sale with thorough questioning, positioning solutions, and closing. Even before her official role as RRT, Bonnie provided guidance and training to field reps. Bonnie has also been instrumental in meeting and interviewing job candidates, discussing the job functions with them and their candidacy with me. Bonnie remains one of the most impressive and complete sales professionals, and her attributes also include a can-do personality, positive attitude, curious mind, and dogged persistence.
