Provision of evaluation expertise to health care programs and organizations: this work requires preparation and management of the implementation of overall evaluation plans, and the development frameworks and logic models as required. Consultation includes development of data matrices, including evaluation questions, indicators, outcomes and data sources. Data sources, tools and mechanism are developed in collaboration with program team members. Responsibilities include data management, analysis (using mixed methodologies and high level statistical analysis) and reporting. Results and outcomes are then shared via knowledge translation and dissemination plans.Evaluation consultation contributes to all levels of reporting, including new work proposals. Overarching consultation includes advice on strategies to support programs to achieve their goals, and collaboration with stakeholders and partner organizations.
