      I work based in the office to help the other administrators until I passed and gained my driving license. I am the RLO under 1-2 contracts. I would liaison with the client and schemes managers to find out all information needed for the contract including any voids, vulnerable tenants and if there are any leaseholders I need to be made aware of. I would create a merge and send out introduction letters at the beginning of a the contract or a month before starting a block as well as sending access letters during the works. I get given a date time frame for each block to stay on target and I would then telephone each resident to book for their installation. Any refusals or referrals, would be sent back to the Client/Council for further instruction. I would request the fitters/site supervisor to make me aware of how many bookings I can make for the upcoming week daily and would send out an updated fitting schedule weekly to the on site team. I dealt with any complaints and queries via telephone and email. I handled all scanning, filing and making sure handovers, photos and videos are all in each properties folder as well as creating property handover packs and FIRAS certificates. I would chase weekly with the site team if there was any evidence missing. I updated the folders and trackers daily as we send out a weekly report to make everyone aware of any changes and progress within the contract. Show less
