Developed a Transfer Learning framework to detect Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Balance skewed dataset by oversampling, using VAE. GAN also tested, VAE outperforms. Trained a TL-CNN classifier, improving AUC from 0.64 to 0.74. Using LRP to interpret the CNN model. Ensemble VAE based Domain Adaptation Model with statistical domain adapting approach ComBat harmonization, improved 10% accuracy and 20% F-score in ASD detection. Implemented a SVR framework to rank the neuron-networks contributing to participants’ third-party punishment (TPP). Utilized the Dynamic Multivariate Autoregressive (DMVAR) model, which adds temporality to the model, successfully predicts the dynamic effective connectivity in visual stimuli. Show less
