Bond is an amazing person both personally and professionally. During my stint with SIRVA/Allied Pickfords, I have learnt a lot from Bond in terms of handling tight situations, importance of Global Outlook and Business Partnership. He possesses excellent leadership skills and lead by example under pressure conditions. He always kept the team morale up, and I believe he is the best manager I ever had.

John Gibson

I had the opportunity to work with Bond for over 7 years on a variety of cash flow and treasury operation related initiatives. Bond was responsible for the financial operations of all of SIRVA’s Asia-Pac subsidiaries. SIRVA is a leveraged company, and their business model requires them to provide significant working capital to their customers, so cash flow management is a critical responsibility for his position. Bond has a keen understanding of regulatory challenges faced by operations in capital restrictive countries, as well as general understanding of the USA tax rules that impact the flow of operating funds between USA multi-nationals and their wholly owned foreign subsidiaries. In addition, Bond has a very good understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and the cash management systems used by large multi-national banks to move local and foreign denominated wire transfers across the world. Bond also has a solid system background, and a great understanding of the internal control environment surrounding financial transactions. The afore-mentioned skill-set, along with his vast knowledge of the Relocation industry, allowed him to lead many initiatives to minimize the corporate capital required to operate his subsidiaries.
